Please provide instructions in how to use this tool, it does currently not contain any files with the filetype .tmpl although I can easily read that it filters by this constraint.

Also, a slightly more specific description would be nice, I'm guessing this tools is supposed to generate config files for inWorldz, but what kind of config files?
