Cleaning Islandora Labs #2022

For any repositories under Islandora Labs that are no longer actively maintained, I'd suggest using the archive feature in GitHub for the relevant repositories (and updating the README etc. as suggested in this GitHub help article: https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/archiving-a-github-repository/archiving-repositories). I personally think that having the code still available in read-only mode can be useful. The Islandora community has shared many interesting ideas via code over the years. Though underlying systems have changed, these ideas may still prove fruitful in the future. In terms of the Islandora Labs organization, that's a different discussion and will be based on how much work it will be to continue to maintain the GitHub org. Again, I like the idea of having it accessible, but basically read-only except for one core admin to manage any changes that GitHub makes along the way. If the decision is made to remove Islandora Labs completely, I'd suggest the Association consider archiving the repositories in an appropriate Islandora instance as compressed binaries to provide for future access to the code if needed. |

How and when to prune? What should we do to this repository?
