Offline usage

I was considering an MVP for offline attendance taking that might look something like:

• attendance taker exports student list to .csv while connected to internets
• attendance taker loads up .csv in spreadsheet software of choice
• attendance taker takes attendance at event with poor/no wi-fi using spreadsheet
• attendance taker uses spreadsheet to input new attendance data to app when back online later

Pretty simple, perhaps a bit obnoxiously manual, but I think it would get the job done? The next step for improvement might be building a way for the system to take the .csv back in and find all the new records and auto-update or bulk update.
