Add Useful Description

The "Decode"-Site returns mostly numbers (e.g. the "Purpose Legitimate Interest"-Field contains numbers and a true / false value). These numbers then have to be decoded into actual useful information. For a user, that means a lot of work. This should happen automatically on the Decoding-Site.
