Bug on trying to run the project

Hi! I ollowed the tutorial on the read me but as i got to the get schema phase it required the data/query_outputs_decomposed_tests to be ready, i think there is a error on the order of the bash calls

Please follow the instructions for installing CodeQL (https://github.com/Intelligent-CAT-Lab/AlphaTrans?tab=readme-ov-file#codeql-based-static-analysis) and running the queries to create that directory properly before creating schemas.
