Bitdefender glitches when the user is not logged on the gate

Symptoms : we receive hundreds of request per seconds from the antivirus that seems to try to update but can't because the user is not logged in yet. It seems to try endlessly to connect to the internet (in http it seems ?), then gets redirected to the langate. From what i recall, the redirection seems to be the problem.
