There is a way to change the location of the text title?

Today the title is in the right position, I would like to put the title behind the icon.

Example in the picture.

I see when a backgound image has long vertical proportion, title is in right, and if background has long horizontal proportion, title is in bottom side. Please add the tick to change this parameter manually.
