[2.6.0] Unable to modify a password #78
Comments
Hi, PHP => 7.3.31-1 No relevant problems found on GLPI and Apache logs. Regards, |
Hi Cedric, I've found a workaround : In the password field, display the uncrypted password then select it with the mouse left button and delete the password or retype a new one with the mouse left button hold all the time. A workaround but bit tricky to perform... The plugin should offer an easiest solution. Regards, |
Hello Can you verify if the last bugfixes version has the same problem ? |
Great @CireSacud26 , it works with your workaround ! |
Hi !
I'm getting some trouble with plugin Accounts
Version of the plugin : 2.6.0
Version of your GLPI : 9.5.6
Steps to reproduce (which actions have you made) :
1- creating an account (name + login + password) linked with the encryption key and saved
2- Back to the created account and try to modify the registered password after entering encryption key : Password is correctly displayed but we're unable to modify it.
This behavior is reproduced with different Web browser (FF 97.0, IE and Edge for Windows 10, Google Chrome)
A registered password in an account should been modifiable.
The only way at this time to workaround this issue is to delete the account and recreate it.
Thx for your help !
Regards,
Eric
