Option to display some actions in a popup menu instead of the 'Actions' column

If many actions are defined for the datatable the actions column can become very large.

Describe the solution you'd like

To reduce the width of the actions column, the developer should have the option to display actions in a popup menu. To support the existing functionality, the use of the popup menu should be optional.
