The current footer on all pages is a standard one with links to Invenio resources. This should be updated to relevant Imperial resources.

@cc-a Could you please provide more details? Should the footer match the one on www.imperial.ac.uk (as shown in the screenshot), or would you like different resources linked?

I suspect initially it might just need to be blank with the right colour but we will want to provide "support contact" links when we get email's setup etc. and an internal website link (all about the repo) as well as possibly other links. I'm @LalithaKambhammettu on this one in case there are any items needed in advance? These might come out in the wash through the workflow breakouts if we need to provide any links to other systems.

2. Placeholder for link to the accessibility page (@LalithaKambhammettu will update this later after transfer)
3. Link to cookie policy page ( https://www.imperial.ac.uk/about-the-site/use-of-cookies/ )
