Good day,

I would like to get some information about whether it is possible to get the results not only for one locus, but for some of them. If not, is it appropriate to add, for instance, --loci {LocusID1, LocusID2, .. LocusIDN} in the future?

Thanks a lot.

Thank you for the suggestion! This is not possible at the moment, but we can certainly add this feature.

When are you going to include this feature in the tool?

Apologies for taking a long time with this! I will do my best to add this feature by the end of the week.

I just implemented a basic support for multiple loci. They can now be specified as a comma-separated list (without spaces) like so: --locus ATXN3,C9ORF72. Here is a Linux binary: REViewer-v0.2.1-linux_x86_64.gz

Thank you for suggesting this change and please let me know if you encounter any issues.

Thank you so much. Is it possible to add it in the next release?

Best wishes.
