Hi!
first, thanks a lot for your amazing job, this is really usefull for us :)
i have one question about merging files. We would like to do more analysis after launching EHDN and it would be very convenient for us to have some merge file like you offered but with estimated repeat expansion size as main informations, is it possible?
or by merging locus.tsv or by addind something from str_profile?
