Add file upload and integrate with other watson services

Hi, we were exploring for the projects on using IBM's Watson's Speech to Text integrated with Tone Analysis, Personality Insights, NLU and few others services for our business use case. Got this project at the right moment. Thanks for sharing.

We further explored into project to enhance it to run 8K US english Narrowband audio file and add dropdown for selecting different audio formats. However, we couldn't add the file upload option (to add external audio files) and analyze the tone.

Please guide on enabling the file upload option & integrate with further more services
