Encoder Sections not Current with GPP Spec Sections #62

There are currently only 5 US State GPP string sections supported here:

    [UsCaV1.ID, UsCaV1.NAME],
    [UsVaV1.ID, UsVaV1.NAME],
    [UsCoV1.ID, UsCoV1.NAME],
    [UsUtV1.ID, UsUtV1.NAME],
    [UsCtV1.ID, UsCtV1.NAME],

The current GPP spec is now up to 15: https://github.com/InteractiveAdvertisingBureau/Global-Privacy-Platform/tree/main/Sections/US-States

Is there a plan to implement the 10 missing string sections?
