Additional Inverter Protocols

If your inverter has a usb-b port on the bottom of it... it's probably modbus over serial. this project will work for you!

Implementing inverter protocols is as easy as copying the tables from documentation into the appropriately named csv files and naming the headers.

I plan on adding my own sigineer inverters to this project in the near by future.

This is the place to discuss adding new protocols to the project / repo.

working on adding growatt v1.24 2020 protocol.
cleaned up the input registry.
so that i'll have a large set of protocols to test with when writing the auto detect protocol feature

sigineer_v0.11 has been added and tested. does require a higher delay settings.

victron_gx_3.3 has added. untested. added it because the documentation was very compatible. looked like an quick one to add.
untested. i'll need to add support for 64 bit numbers as well. there is one register group that is a 64 bit number.
