Due to the divergence in the Gehn and MOULa/Minkata sequence prefix selection, there is a need for UruManifest to verify:

that the sequence prefix in an Age's PRPs matches the sequence prefix in the Age file
that the Age's sequence prefix matches an expected value from some store configured in config.ini

This is needed due to mismatches causing a hang in the black screen Age.
