This project was started at the eLife Sprint 2019, Sept 4-5 2019

As an in-person team of 9, we talked and made written notes & drawings to help us reach an initial brief of the MVP for this tool. The documentation of these initial discussions & decisions we made will be linked in this issue, until we have a better readme, etc.

Add Gdoc once open & ready, with license on the doc
