Comments
There is nothing interesting in that log. Please provide a crash log found in the |
|
I have made a code change that hopefully will avoid this. Please let me know if 3.0.7 (to be released this week) solves the problem. |
Had a couple random crashes on 3.0.7. There was three log files in log folder. |
Do you have a crash report in the |
There was 3 of them. I changed the file types from .ips to .log to be able to upload them here. HSTracker-2024-10-12-021219.log |
Does it happen all the time or just occasionally? |
No, it’s just random crashes. |
I made a couple of fixes to try to fix both start up crashes. Hopefully things will be better, but please let me know how 3.0.8 compares. |
Sweet cheers dude, I've just updated, I'll have a play around and post logs if needed. :) |
Another random crash. |
This is very different than previous crashes. Not much useful in the report. If it keeps happening, it may be time to upgrade Mono runtime |
I've never heard of the Mono Runtime, I'll take a look into upgrading it. |
It is embedded, nothing you need to worry about. Just saying I may try upgrading it and see if the crashes go away. |
ah okay, I get you. |
Another random crash from console logs. Forgot to upload last week. |
Were you playing Duos or just regular Battlegrounds? |
Pretty sure in duos, been hammering that recently. |
HSTracker-2024-10-28-031006.log New crash, ran battle.net app. pressed play as HS was loading i opened HS tracker and error screen popped. |
Another one this morning. |
Has this improved with 3.1.0? I have fixed several issues on the upcoming 3.1.1, so curious where this stands with current version. |
No crashes on 3.1.0. But have had some issue with overlays not disappearing in battlegrounds, between turns. Last week whilst playing, I had a message appear saying Hs tracker was using significant storage or memory. I can't remember exactly what it said. A box appeared on screen with a list of items. In the list was battle.net/Hearthstone/Microsoft edge/HSTracker I tried to google it, but didn't find much information. |
If the log didn't rotate, it will show the memory used by the app, like this:
|
Well, if there is no log under the logs folder from the help menu, I don't
know why.
