Web doesn't have possibility for run commands directly

Shouldn't #59 be applied to when it's running as web application as well?

Would be useful, but would also require the server to have contact with a Slurm system, right?
The web interface is not a high priority for me at the moment, but we could add a message saying roughly "this piece of code would be run: ___".
I also foresee some problems from output file name. In the cli version, the name is decided early and can be used to form the commands to be run. In the web interface, filename is the last thing to be defined.

Since any code could run I don't think it need to have contact with Slurm. It could how ever be problem with which user that runs the command.
