Jillian Wilson
Founder and Managing Director
An expert in driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and developing strategic partnerships, Jillian has a passion for providing exceptional visitor experiences, and she excels in creating and executing revenue-generating plans, aligning cross-functional teams, and building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Jillian founded Wrecktangle in 2020 and has worked with executive teams in some of Ireland’s top tier venues and experiences (The Abbey Theatre, Trinity College Dublin, RDS, Theatre of Light). Previously she has driven and delivered operations for two of the largest and most successful tourism venues in Ireland: in Business Tourism, The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) through mobilisation to operational success; and in Leisure Tourism, at Trinity College Dublin, and The Book of Kells as Head of Tourism during a period of exceptional growth.

With over 25 years’ experience as a senior financial professional and Board Director, including as a CFO and Board member for a high-profile PPP in the business tourism sector, Killian has a demonstrable track record of achievement across varied sectors and industries (tourism, retail, FMCG & PPP/PFA). Killian has extensive experience with strategy conception, development and implementation, cultural transformation, compliance, audit and business planning, and risk management. In addition, he holds qualifications in governance, internal auditing ISO & ESG.

Antoinette O’Connor
Associate
Antoinette’s experience spans systems, data and marketing and she is well-versed in developing and auditing operational processes and procedures. She played a pivotal role in the conception and delivery of a CRM platform in the Convention Centre Dublin, used for the planning and delivery of events and financial and operational reporting. Antoinette supports Wrecktangle by managing, analysing, auditing and reporting on project and event-specific data which helps drive commercial decision making and strategic outcomes.
