This could be census data rolled up to NCs, or other sources of data. It's worth getting in touch with the DC Kids Count/Team Awesome people to see if they have an API that we could latch on to, as they have excellent pre-aggregated data.

Coincidentally, got email from Gwen at DC Action for Kids yesterday, asking about the hackathon. I asked back about this issue -- whether they have an API or similar for their aggregated data.
