File Hashes for Unique Identification

Hello, and thank you for maintaining this tool!

To enhance the identification of spectral raw files, we would like to request the addition of an "ms_run[x]-file_hash" parameter to the MTD table. Since filename-based matching can be unreliable due to frequent duplicated filenames within the same study, introducing a file hash would allow for unique identification (especially for scenarios as here: #220).

In the future, we plan to develop tools for generating these file hashes from mzML files to ensure precise file identification, replacing the current reliance on filename matching.

At the moment, this is optional while location is a mandatory URI https://github.com/HUPO-PSI/mzTab/blob/master/specification_document-releases/2_0-Metabolomics-Release/mzTab_format_specification_2_0-M_release.adoc#6226-ms_run1-n-location

So this is essentially already there. You can also specify, which hash method is being used using hash_method https://github.com/HUPO-PSI/mzTab/blob/master/specification_document-releases/2_0-Metabolomics-Release/mzTab_format_specification_2_0-M_release.adoc#6233-ms_run1-n-hash_method
