ver.2.0.0을 위해 개발환경을 세팅한다.

✏️Task

Vite로 React를 구현한다.
기존 eslint와 prettier 규칙을 유지한다.
- pretteir를 따로 분리해서 관리한다.
Mono-repo로 구현한다.
- Supabase Edge Function을 관리하는 server-less 디렉토리를 추가한다.
- server-less 디렉토리에 Supabase SDK를 설치한다.
