When we print test NOFOs, they have watermarks that link back to Docraptor and also often cover content. It is very annoying.

This has been brought up multiple times, by our Bloom coaches, and now by our other users.

The solution would be this:

  • Up our subscription to the level where we can produce way more "live" docs. Enough that we can't realistically run out in a month (can get historical data to predict this)
  • Create our own watermark that clearly signals this is a test document, without overlapping with content. I am thinking some kind of margin design, like for international mail: https://www.usps.com/assets/images/ship/international/first-intl.jpg
  • Keep the notion of "Test" and "Live" but the test nofos use this less obnoxious watermark
  • As far as Docraptor is concerned, they are always "Live"
