Missing dependency swxsoc

Not sure how our lambdas are even working anymore!

The swxsoc dependency gets added in the requirements of the lambdas hence it working, but it should definitely be in the base image for testing purposes now that we merged the generic PR yesterday. I'll create a PR to add this

Adding this package causes a redundent package error, because it is a dependency in hermes_core: https://github.com/HERMES-SOC/hermes_core/blob/main/pyproject.toml

It should already be within your development container, since the PR got merged yesterday maybe try refreshing the image if it didn't do it automatically, I tried it out on my machine and it looks like it's working within the dev container:
