When publish new version, many things is todo :

Update CHANGES.rst
- Set version number
- Set date for current version
- Add new section for next version
Update version number heig/init.py
Send message on https://t.me/heig_bot_news with CHANGES.rst
…

A script for auto make that is a good ideas
