Gnome filedialog not showing files with *.MP4 name

Hi there,

while i was researching for the ffmpeg-magic in your converter i noticed that the file dialog does no show any *.MP4 files (which my cam generates)

when i simply rename the files to *.mov they will get displayed. ffmpeg generally does not look for the name itself so i think its only related to the file-dialog.

Installed on fedora 41, copr version 2.2.1
