The note on registration should be added in footer and the other contact forms.
Plus another form is need to sign up for newsletter. The form will be accesible via Sticky button. The provider is rapidmail

Guida: Can you set up the plugin and also privacy policy stuff? Do you need the login data for rapidmail?

Qustion: How will our regular forms be used here? If it is about the old forms I could also edit those myself.

I tested the Plugin + Rapid email possibillities.

  • The plugin allows to add a formular with shortcode. It seems easy but there are less controls. I tried for example to show datenschutz text but it still doesnt. Could be related to the fact that I have just a demo account.
For this I need: API user, API password that can be found under user>setttings>api

The other option, which for sure will work, is to create the anmeldung formular in rapidmail directly and integrate the html code in the website. Here you can actually style it , but I would just integrate the code without the css, so that it already takes most of the style from our theme.
For this I need: login data for rapidmail

You can see both examples on the dev. In both cases we need to do some css adjustments.

I can generate it since i have the login data, no worries.
The api is only necessary to use with the rapidmail plugin, but since this seems to be more limitated, maybe I will use the code embed solution.

Dear Astrid:

  1. you can see here an integration of the newsletter form with the style of our website:
  1. the sticky button functions normally
  2. Newsletter link is added in the footer as normal link
  • do you have a specific idea for here?
  1. We can use the normal blocks to create newsletter call to action areas on the other forms
  1. The registration is not working because the account is still in demo mode. I need them to active it and then we can test if it is working and also test if it is possble to integrate rapidmail with the contact forms 7.

Perfect.
So, when the rapid email is activated, we can put it on the online version.
