@qokab Promoted and dismissed admins sounds like an interesting idea, though the bot can't see who did it. But it could still mention changes in the administrators list.

Logging the /cache command seems a bit useless to me? That command only forces the bot to update the admin's list immediately. The admin list is updated once in a few hours even if nobody uses /cache...
