种子文件无法正常解析、下载 #843

1.6.4版，添加种子文件进行下载，任务列表界面能看到任务，标题 unknown，没有进度和下载速度。查看core.log，可以看到以下信息：
WRN task download failed, task id: yZG_TXjCrXgXoH22oADu5 error="error after decoding metainfo: expected EOF"

换了几个种子试过了都不行，用TR、迅雷试了可以正常下载。

注：问题应该是从1.6.3版就有的。一直用的1.6.1版，上次升级1.6.3版也有同样的问题，没有排查原因就回退了
