浏览器第一次下载抓取不到 #797

开机自启动并显示图标，但是浏览器启动后第一次下载会抓取失败变成浏览器下载，此时打开并关闭Gopeed界面，再次下载可以正常抓取。

Gopeed版本：1.6.1
操作系统版本：Windows10专业版 22H2 19045.5073
浏览器版本：Microsoft Edge 130.0.2849.56

同样的问题 Edge刚打开时 第一次下载不会调用gopeed
