There are directions in the README.md here - https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/PerfKitBenchmarker/blob/master/README.md
under section:
Create and Configure a .boto file for object storage benchmarks

It seems like a lot of the steps could be scripted in a ./configure script

Likely we should have this anyway.
