spec2006 fp test failed with 416.gamess and 481.wrf #1120

when i ran with --benchmark_subset=fp --benchmarks=speccpu2006 and use "linux64-x64-gcc47.cfg" file according to #156
it's ok with int test, but when ran fp test, i got errors as follows

I did look, and it didn't look like something easy to debug. There are other people who report problems with those benchmarks.
