Add logs when receives existing blocks

If node crashes and being replayed, explorer can stop. After node replayed, old blocks can be received and ignored because they are already exist. Block service works fine, but logs show nothing, so it seems like nothing happens. Add logs (not spamming), showing that something happens (so it visible that explorer did not hang)
