3 Point Velocity based Collision and allow for pickup when its stuck in object #57

If high velocity = piercing arrow
middle velocity = halfway stuck in the collision object
low velocity = just the tip gets stuck
Note: Now this might seem trivial but would eventualy path the way for a stabbing system.
Good examples are the Walking Dead Saints and Sinners game and Blade & Sorcery
