Test drive demo outdated for version 4.2 #65

The link for the version 4.2 test drive demo flies appears to be broken.

I'm redirected and 404 is returned.

I can download 4.2.zip instead of 4.2.0.zip but the steps that follow in the instruction seem to be outdated as the file doesn't contain the community-edition-containers-4.2/examples/single-host folder or the run_all.sh script.
