Command Permissions Settings

Overview

I would like permissions to be added (such as with Luck Perms) so I could allow non-op players to either have full control for all commands, or specific commands such as to "get" what season it currently is.

Why would this feature be useful?

Knowledge of Permissions Settings may be useful technically for future mods. For this instance specifically, I'd just like "/season get" to be a non-op command, but a permissions setting makes more sense to leave the command as /op by default, tweaking it on a server basis.
