Arcane assembler doesn't support AE2 parallelization crafting

Arcane assembler should support parallels when crafting with AE2 like interfaces

The Reality

If you place more then 1 arcane assembler with a appropriate recipe only one of them will craft this recipe, others will do nothing.

Your Proposal

If player place 2 or more arcane assemblers with a required recipe AE2 should try to parallel the crafting among them, like this works now for AE2 interfaces.
