I switched off LCE to observe how quick the efficiency decay is on the controller, and expect it to tick down to 0% very quickly based on other videos I've seen on it.

The Reality

LCE maintained a 300% efficiency even when powered off and on repeatedly. This fact is also corroborated by a debug GregTech scanner and using it on the LCE Controller block.

Image taken after 5 minutes of AFK, and then switching the machine on and off in quick succession (within the span of a second) to check it wasn't a visual bug or bug with WAILA.

Your Proposal

Efficiency to decay to 0% quickly when machine is inactive/idle as it used to, instead of stay at 300% efficiency.

Will add to the list ECE, LGT, LST and confirm LCE same behavior
Also XLGT works fine
Probably good idea to test other generators

LCE, ECE, LGT, LST

Edit: Happens pretty much with any multi if you manually turn off

LCR, EBF, Sifter
