Your Expectation

Interface will push items in blocking mode if conduit next to it is not connected and has fluid.

The Reality

Interface does not push items in blocking mode if conduit next to it is not connected but has fluid.
There is an item bus behind marked interface and interface can't push items into it when there is a fluid in quad hatch:

Your Proposal

Fix interface behaviour with conduit nearby.
