Description

There's a weird issue where shifts don't properly align to the dates on test routes
Some sort of logic error

Acceptance Criteria

Make it so that shifts and routes actually align properly in a logical manner

Implementation Notes

This may be as simple as properly putting data into the database and not having dummy data that doesn't make sense, but still try to fix this issue if possible so everything looks coherent
