Acceptance Criteria

• Make the side dashboard for the admin view as a component that would go on the side of every page
• Set up the basic routing to route to the different pages on the side admin view, don't worry about authenticated routes or everything, just do basic routing for that so we can display components with each page in the side dashboard

Implementation Notes

• Make it its own component that can be put on the side of a page
