On the providers tab, when a provider is deleted, it only shows the update in the frontend upon a refresh of the page. Make it so that when a provider is deleted, it automatically deletes from the page.

L implementation making things wack to fix, a workaround could be to force reload the page but that is very sub-ideal so we are leaving as is for now.
