[PMT] Convert Mapscout HomePage to the home page of this site

Overview

The previously written mapscout landing page in svelte can't really be deployed without breaking existing embedded map functionality. We need to rewrite it in React in this project.

Description

1. The old landing page can be viewed here and the code found here.
2. We want to update this new landing page
3. On the new landing page, add two links at the top of the page for Contact Us and About
4. Copy the way we set up feature highlights on the Voluntrack landing page code here. You could try asking ChatGPT to convert tailwind to react-bootstrap to make it easier. Move the 3 features into the new landing page (ignore the stuff above the fold "Create beautiful resource maps. ... Get started")
5. Try and use the prismic CDN if possible, but you could also try embedding the videos directly.
6. Add the "Our Maps" section to the new landing page as well.
