Blunder in the merge resolution of add-your-certificate.md

Just a heads up for you guys, for the pr of your certificate.md there is going to be issue with the Serial no. resolution as no one know who is going to take the the id for it, I can see that there are multiple prs for the same Serial no.
It would be better to resolve it using a yaml file configuration to assign a id to a pr which appears rather than manually configuring it.
