Update docs to work with sphinx=7.0.1

Sphinx is working with sphinx=6.1.1 and erroring out on sphinx=7.0.1. This needs to be fixed once sphinx_rtd_theme and other packages are updated to support sphinx=7.0.1.

ERROR is:

writing output... [  7%] getting_started/installation/installation             
Theme error:
An error happened in rendering the page getting_started/installation/installation.
Reason: UndefinedError("'style' is undefined")
make: *** [html] Error 2
