WINDOWS Please download migw 4.4.0 https://code.google.com/p/psi-dev/downloads/detail?name=MinGW-gcc-4.4.0-2.7z Please download PSI+ client and get binaries from there. https://code.google.com/p/psi-dev/wiki/main?tm=6 or http://delta.affinix.com/qca/, please try to understand where is better. Please use Qt 4.8.5 ming32 (it built the same mingw version)
