I noticed that the tab "Issues" is enabled on https://github.com/GENIVI/positioning

Shouldn't issues be logged on https://at.projects.genivi.org/jira/ instead?

If so, please go to Project > Settings and disable feature "Issues"

@asanoaozora @helmut-schmidt-genivi Ideally we'd have a policy for issues in the README too. If you think the README is too long, you might consider a "CONTRIBUTING" file in the git repo or on the wiki.
