Warn when GAM is calling a deprecated API

Google's Discovery -based apis flag when a given API endpoint is deprecated and will likely stop working in the future. For example see:

When it's calling an API that's been deprecated GAM should:

• warn the user with a message on STDERR
• instruct them to upgrade GAM versions (since we've likely moved to the new API in latest GAM)
• still allow the old API call.

@taers232c did this get added? FYI if you include a string like addresses #1670 in the commit message then GitHub will link the commit here making it easier to map Issues to actual code commits. Hopefully we can get better about that going forward to make this easier.
