All in ACTIONS (Actually only used by the AI_DISPATCHERS)
All in CARGO (please use OPSTRANSPORT going forward)
All in TASKING (please use PLAYERTASKING going forward)
All in AI (Replaced by OPS classes)
ZONEGOALCARGO (Never used by anyone I know of)
MISSILETRAINER (Replaced by FOX)

One for the liast?
Functional.Detection was superseded by Ops.Intel - Intel is simpler and has groupings and decay but not threat. It also hooks.
